Red Carpet Mom-to-be Natalie Portman did it again. She took home a statue last night, this time a SAG Award. The actress also rocked the red carpet in an Azzaro gown. She completed the flawless look with Tiffany & Co jewelry and a Roger Vivier clutch. Gorgeous!

A Ringer

Red Carpet Mom Sarah Michelle Gellar (daughter Charlotte is 16 months) is making a return to television. Or at least, she is trying to. The "Buffy" star is part of a CBS pilot called "Ringer" which is hoping to get picked up for next year. Gellar will play twins in this thriller. Gellar has laid low the last few years, but it sounds like the Red Carpet Mom is ready to go back to work.

Stage Mom Extraordinaire

Red Carpet Mom Jada Pinkett Smith (stepson Trey is a teenager, son Jaden is 12 and daughter Willow is 10) is stepping behind the camera again, with one of her children in front of it. Willow Smith will be taking on the role of orphan Annie in a new film being developed by her parents, Will and Jada. The Smithes are joining Jay-Z to produce the musical, which will undoubtedly put a new spin on the classic tale. The Smiths helped make their son Jaden an international superstar with the well-received remake of "Karate Kid."

Penelope is a Red Carpet Mom!

Penelope Cruz is officially a Red Carpet Mom! The actress and husband Javier Bardem welcomed their first child into the world yesterday at Cedars Sinai hospital in Los Angeles. The couple has not revealed whether it is a girl or a boy ... stay tuned. We are thrilled for the couple! The baby was born the same day that Bardem learned he had been nominated for an Oscar for his role in "Biutiful."

A Serious Evening

Red Carpet Mom and First Lady Michelle Obama (daughter Malia is 12 and daughter Sasha is 9) was at last night's State of the Union Address. Guests in her box included the family of the late Christina Taylor Green , the 9-year-old who was shot in Tucson. The First Lady looked elegant in what the "New York Times" is identifying as a dress by Rachel Roy (pictured here). Overall, the night had a serious tone, with the President focusing on the idea that both political parties need to work together if things are going to get better in the United States.

February Madness

Red Carpet Mom-to-be Natalie Portman is making headlines again this weekend! The actress (who is expecting her first child later this year) won a Golden Globe last weekend for "Black Swan," and this weekend she continues to do her thing. Her new movie, "No Strings Attached," (which co-stars Ashton Kutcher) was the top film at the box office over the weekend. The R-rated film brought in roughly $20.3 million. Portman's "Black Swan" was also in the top 10 at the box office; it came in at #6, bringing in $6.2 million.

Shine On!

Red Carpet Mom Heidi Klum (daughter Leni is 6, son Henry is 5, son Johan is 3 and daughter Lou is 16 months) is launching a fragrance with Coty. The scent, called "Shine" will be available in September. This woman is amazing, no? Clothing lines with Destination Maternity, producing/hosting hit TV shows, exclusive sneaker deals with New Balance Amazon and that's right, raising 4 kids! We can't wait to give Shine a try!

Red Carpet Mom Jennifer Lopez (twins Max and Emme are 2) made her debut as one of the "new judges" on "American Idol" last night. Season 10's premiere showcased Lopez and Steven Tyler as the new judges alongside Randy Jackson, the veteran. Lopez proved to be a big softie, having trouble telling contestants they did a poor job, or telling them they were not moving on. We felt for Lopez!!

Baby News!

Red Carpet Mom Nicole Kidman (daughter Isabella and son Connor are teenagers, daughter Sunday is 2 and daughter Faith is less than a month) is a new mom! Kidman and husband Keith Urban announced the arrival of their second daughter, Faith Margaret, who was born on December 28th through a surrogate. Congrats to both!

Slowing Down on the Red Carpet

Red Carpet Mom-to-be Rachel Zoe tells WWD.com that she has been asked to slow down since she is pregnant. The TV personality/stylist/designer said that is hard for her to do, but she is trying! Zoe has been very vocal on her reality show "The Rachel Zoe Project" about wanting to be a mom. Congrats to Rachel!

Red Carpet Mom-to-be Natalie Portman rocked the red carpet at last night's Golden Globes in a Viktor & Rolf gown wtih Tiffany & Co. jewelry and a Dior clutch. The actress took home an award for Best Lead Actress in a Motion Picture - Drama for her role in "Black Swan." Portman, who is usually tight-lipped about her private life, acknowledged her boyfriend and her pregnancy in her acceptance speech.

Big News for Both

Selma Blair and Alicia Silverstone both announced yesterday that they are expecting. Blair, who is 38, is expecting her first child with boyfriend Jason Bleick, a fashion designer. Silverstone, who is 34, is expecting her first child with husband Christopher Jarecki, a rock musician. Congrats to both!

GP on SNL

Red Carpet Mom Gwyneth Paltrow (daughter Apple is 6 and son Moses is 4) is set to host "Saturday Night Live" tomorrow night. The Academy Award-winning actress has hosted before, and is not shy about poking fun at herself. After last week's SNL hit top ratings with Jim Carrey as host, the NBC favorite should draw a crowd with Paltrow leading the way, plugging her new film, "Country Strong," no doubt.

Katie for Ann and Elle

Red Carpet Mom Katie Holmes (daughter Suri is 4) is the new face of Ann Taylor. Katie also just wrapped a "sexy" photo shoot for "Elle" magazine's February issue. Looks like Katie has two very distinct styles - one for day and one for night. We think she pulls off both beautifully!

Posh is Pregnant!

Red Carpet Mom Victoria Beckham (son Brooklyn is 11, son Romeo is 8 and son Cruz is 5) has announced she is expecting baby #4 this summer. She has publicly stated that she would love to have a girl someday, but loves parenting her boys. We don't know about you ... but we smell a maternity line in the singer/designer/entrepreneur's future! Congrats to Victoria and David Beckham!

Red Carpet Mom Bryce Dallas Howard (son Theodore is almost 4) has been named the face of Kate Spade. This is Howard's first stint as a spokesperson (she is 29) and Kate Spade's first celebrity asked to promote the brand (the company is 18 years old). Howard has said she has loved Kate Spade since she was a teenager and is thrilled to be part of the spring 2011 ad campaign. We love Bryce for being a brave Red Carpet Mom; after the birth of her son, she was open about suffering from postpartum depression.

Elysium

Red Carpet Mom Jodie Foster (son Charles is 12 and son Kit is 9) has a new movie project. The Academy Award-winning actress will star in "Elysium," a new film from Neill Blomkamp, the writer and director of "District 9." Not much is known about the movie except that it takes place on a far-away planet in the future. Matt Damon and Sharlto Copley ("District 9") are also attached to the project.

What's Your Uniform?

Red Carpet Mom Vera Wang (daughter Cecilia is 20 and daughter Josephine is 17) has a blog on her website where she gets personal. It's called Vera Unveiled. In a recent post, the fashion designer wrote about the fact that she liked Jackie O so much because she had a "uniform." Wang admits her own "uniform" is a pair of leggings with a T-shirt. What's yours!?

Golden Globes News

Red Carpet Mom Jennifer Lopez (twins Max and Emme will be 3 in February) will take the stage at the Golden Globes as a presenter. The Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced that Lopez, Matt Damon and Robert Pattinson will all serve as presenters for the 68th Globes, which will take place on Sunday, January 16th.

Call of the Wild

Red Carpet Mom Angelina Jolie (son Maddox is 10, son Pax is 7, daughter Zahara will be 6 on Saturday, daughter Shiloh is 4, and twins Knox and Vivienne are 2 and a half) and her partner Brad Pitt spent their Christmas holiday at an atypical "resort". The couple and their kids spent Christmas at an African wildlife sanctuary in Namibia, where, reportedly, the children were able to help care for injured animals and to see a leopard be reintroduced to the wild. Jolie and Pitt then made a $2 million donation to the sanctuary in the name of their daughter, Shiloh, who was born in Namibia.

Red Carpet Mom Michelle Williams (daughter Matilda is 5) received a Golden Globe nomination for best actress in a drama for her role in the independent film "Blue Valentine." She is up against mom-to-be Natalie Portman, Red Carpet Mom Nicole Kidman, Red Carpet Mom Halle Berry and first-time nominee Jennifer Lawrence. As much attention as Williams is getting for her Globes nom, she is also getting a lot of attention for being overlooked for a SAG Awards nomination. The actresses nominated for a SAG (in a comparable category) are Kidman, Lawrence, Portman, Red Carpet Mom Annette Bening and Hilary Swank.
