Red Carpet Mom Gwyneth Paltrow (daughter Apple is 6 and son Moses just turned 5) is the new face of Coach. The Academy Award-winning actress will appear in ads that will be seen exclusively overseas in select European and Asian markets. The first ads will launch in the fall along with Coach's 70th anniversary campaign.

Baby on Way for Fey

Red Carpet Mom Tina Fey (daughter Alice is 5) is expecting. The "30 Rock" star shared with Oprah last week that she is 5 months pregnant. The writer/actress is currently promoting her new book "Bossypants." Congrats to Tina!

Meg Ryan to Direct

Red Carpet Mom Meg Ryan (son Jack is almost 19 and daughter Daisy is 6) is giving directing a try. Ryan, who is usually in front of the camera, has signed on to direct her first feature film "Into the Beautiful" which is reportedly about a reunion of old friends. She and producer Wendy Finerman are almost ready to start casting so shooting can begin in September.

Miss Marple

Red Carpet Mom Jennifer Garner (daughter Violet is 5 and daughter Seraphina is 2) has been named Miss Marple, Agatha Christie's famous elderly detective, for a new adaptation by Disney. Marple is traditionally portrayed as an older woman, but Garner's version will reinterpret the role to fit her age. Garner is also producing the movie, though no plot details are available yet.

Lois Lane

Red Carpet Mom Amy Adams (daughter Aviana will be 1 in May) has landed the coveted role of Lois Lane in the upcoming reboot of Superman. Director Zack Snyder says that he felt Adams was perfect for such an iconic character. The film will begin shootig in August and is slated for a December 2012 release.

Reese Weds!

Red Carpet Mom Reese Witherspoon (daughter Ava is 11 and son Deacon is 8) tied the knot this past weekend to talent agent Jim Toth. The Academy Award-winning wed on her ranch in a Monique Lhuillier gown. Her children and their dad, Ryan Phillipe, were rumored to be integral in the ceremony. Congrats to Reese!

The film, "Game Change," will follow Senator John McCain's presidential campaign against Barack Obama in 2008. Moore can pick up acting tips from Tina Fey, who parodied McCain's running mate regularly on "Saturday Night Live."

Red Carpet Mom Diane Lane (daughter Eleanor is 17) has been cast as the adoptive mother to Clark Kent in the upcoming Superman film. As Martha Kent, Lane will be one of the guiding forces for Henry Cavill's Superman. Director Zack Snyder explained in a press release that Lane's role is important because she is "the woman whose values helped shape the man we know as Superman." As moms, we all shape our supermen (and wonder women), don't we?!

Making Headlines

Red Carpet Mom-to-be Natalie Portman is making headlines for all kinds of reasons. The actress swept the Award Show Season, winning every major award for her role in "Black Swan," including an Oscar on Sunday. However, the actress is now in the spotlight for other reasons. Dior's top designer John Galliano has been accused of making serisous anti-Semitic comments. Portman, who is a Dior brand ambassador and who happens to be Jewish, has released a statement indicating her "disgust" and "shock" in Galliano. Dior has fired Galliano.

Red Carpet Mom Reese Witherspoon (daughter Ava is 11 and son Deacon is 8) has been heard gushing about her "Water for Elephants" co-start Robert Pattinson. The Academy Award-winning actress has said she believes the "Twilight" star is "just the nicest guy" and that they enjoyed making the movie together. The film is due in theatres on April 22nd.

Oscars Performance Slated

Red Carpet Mom Celine Dion (son Rene-Charles is 10 and twins Eddy and Nelson are 4 months) is returning to Vegas to perform. Her show begins on March 15th, and she will give a preview performance at the Oscars on February 27th. The mega-star is looking pretty amazing for having just had twins, let alone at the age of 42.

Dark Shadows

Red Carpet Mom Michelle Pfeiffer (daughter Claudia is 17 and son John Henry is 16) is in talks with director Tim Burton for a role in "Dark Shadows." Based on the gothic television series about vampires, the film currently has Johnny Depp set for the lead role of Barnabas Collins. Pfeiffer would play the Collins matriarch who has not left the family mansion since her husband disappeared 10 years earlier.

The Dark Knight Rises

Red Carpet Mom-to-be Marion Cotillard (she is expecting her first child in April) has reportedly signed on to star in "The Dark Knight Rises." According to EW.com, the Academy Award-winning actress will reunite with her "Inception" director Christopher Nolan for the fim. She joins a cast that includes Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Morgan Freeman, Gary Oldman, Anne Hathaway and Tom Hardy.

More Snow White

Red Carpet Mom Julia Roberts (twins Hazel and Finn are 6 and son Henry is 3) will be taking a break from her good girl image when she steps into the shoes of the evil queen in a film based on Snow White. Several projects based on the fairy tale are in production. This one, directed by Tarsem Singh is set to start filming in April. In this version, Snow White joins the seven dwarves to take revenge on the evil stepmother who killed her father.

Britney in the Studio

Red Carpet Mom Britney Spears (son Sean is 5 and son Jayden is 4) is working on her 7th studio album - due out next month. She Tweeted on Tuesday that she is collaborating with Will.i.am. She wrote on her official Website that she was in the studio with him and posted: "you guys are gonna love this one." Will.i.am is wasting no time getting back to work after his Super Bowl gig.

Baby News for Cynthia Nixon

Red Carpet Mom Cynthia Nixon (daughter Samantha is 14, son Charles is 8 and son Max is 1 day) is a mom again! She and her partner, Christine Marinoni, announced that they welcomed a baby boy, Max, into the world yesterday. Marinoni delivered the couple's first child and their rep confirms both mom and baby are doing well. Nixon's older children are from her previous marriage to Danny Mozes. The "Sex and the City" star and Marinoni have been together since 2004. Congrats!

Making Grown Men Cry

Red Carpet Mom Christina Aguilera (son Max is 3) sang the National Anthem at the Super Bowl yesterday. And while the Grammy Award-winning singer flubbed the words just a little, she still wowwed the crowd. The "Buffy" star is part of a CBS pilot called "Ringer" which is hoping to get picked up for next year. Gellar will play twins in this thriller. Gellar has laid low the last few years, but it sounds like the Red Carpet Mom is ready to go back to work.

Red Carpet Mom Jada Pinkett Smith (stepson Trey is a teenager, son Jaden is 12 and daughter Willow is 10) is stepping behind the camera again, with one of her children in front of it. Willow Smith will be taking on the role of orphan Annie in a new film being developed by her parents, Will and Jada. The Smithes are joining Jay-Z to produce the musical, which will undoubtedly put a new spin on the classic tale. The Smiths helped make their son Jaden an international superstar with the well-received remake of "Karate Kid."

Penelope Cruz is officially a Red Carpet Mom! The actress and husband Javier Bardem welcomed their first child into the world yesterday at Cedars Sinai hospital in Los Angeles. The couple has not revealed whether it is a girl or a boy ... stay tuned. We are thrilled for the couple! The baby was born the same day that Bardem learned he had been nominated for an Oscar for his role in "Biutiful."

A Serious Evening

Red Carpet Mom and First Lady Michelle Obama (daughter Malia is 12 and daughter Sasha is 9) was at last night's State of the Union Address. Guests in her box included the family of the late Christina Taylor Green , the 9-year-old who was shot in Tucson. The First Lady looked elegant in what the "New York Times" is identifying as a dress by Rachel Roy (pictured here). Overall, the night had a serious tone, with the President focusing on the idea that both political parties need to work together if things are going to get better in the United States.

Red Carpet Mom-to-be Natalie Portman is making headlines again this weekend! The actress (who is expecting her first child later this year) won a Golden Globe last weekend for "Black Swan," and this weekend she continues to do her thing. Her new movie, "No Strings Attached," (which co-stars Ashton Kutcher) was the top film at the box office over the weekend. The R-rated film brought in roughly $20.3 million. Portman's "Black Swan" was also in the top 10 at the box office; it came in at #6, bringing in $6.2 million.

Shine On!

Red Carpet Mom Heidi Klum (daughter Leni is 6, son Henry is 5, son Johan is 3 and daughter Lou is 16 months) is launching a fragrance with Coty. The scent, called "Shine" will be available in September. This woman is amazing, no? Red Carpet Mom Jennifer Lopez (twins Max and Emme are 2) made her debut as one of the "new judges" on "American Idol" last night. Season 10's premiere showcased Lopez and Steven Tyler as the new judges alongside Randy Jackson, the veteran. Lopez proved to be a big softie, having trouble telling contestants they did a poor job, or telling them they were not moving on. We felt for Lopez!!

Red Carpet Mom Nicole Kidman (daughter Isabella and son Connor are teenagers, daughter Sunday is 2 and daughter Faith is less than a month) is a new mom! Kidman and husband Keith Urban announced the arrival of their second daughter, Faith Margaret, who was born on December 28th through a surrogate. Congrats to both!

Red Carpet Mom-to-be Rachel Zoe tells WWD.com that she has been asked to slow down since she is pregnant. The TV personality/stylist/designer said that is hard for her to do, but she is trying! Portman, who is usually tight-lipped about her private life, acknowledged her boyfriend and her pregnancy in her acceptance speech.

Selma Blair and Alicia Silverstone both announced yesterday that they are expecting. Blair, who is 38, is expecting her first child with boyfriend Jason Bleick, a fashion designer. Silverstone, who is 34, is expecting her first child with husband Christopher Jarecki, a rock musician. Congrats to both!

This is Howard's first stint as a spokesperson (she is 29) and Kate Spade's first celebrity asked to promote the brand (the company is 18 years old). Howard has said she has loved Kate Spade since she was a teenager and is thrilled to be part of the spring 2011 ad campaign. We love Bryce for being a brave Red Carpet Mom; after the birth of her son, she was open about suffering from postpartum depression.

Elysium

Red Carpet Mom Jodie Foster (son Charles is 12 and son Kit is 9) has a new movie project. The Academy Award-winning actress will star in "Elysium," a new film from Neill Blomkamp, the writer and director of "District 9." Not much is known about the movie except that it takes place on a far-away planet in the future. Matt Damon and Sharlto Copley ("District 9") are also attached to the project.

What's Your Uniform?

Red Carpet Mom Vera Wang (daughter Cecilia is 20 and daughter Josephine is 17) has a blog on her website where she gets personal. It's called Vera Unveiled. In a recent post, the fashion designer wrote about the fact that she liked Jackie O so much because she had a "uniform." Wang admits her own "uniform" is a pair of leggings with a T-shirt. Golden Globes News

Red Carpet Mom Jennifer Lopez (twins Max and Emme will be 3 in February) will take the stage at the Golden Globes as a presenter. The Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced that Lopez, Matt Damon and Robert Pattinson will all serve as presenters for the 68th Globes, which will take place on Sunday, January 16th.

Call of the Wild

Red Carpet Mom Angelina Jolie (son Maddox is 10, son Pax is 7, daughter Zahara will be 6 on Saturday, daughter Shiloh is 4, and twins Knox and Vivienne are 2 and a half) and her partner Brad Pitt spent their Christmas holiday at an atypical "resort". The couple and their kids spent Christmas at an African wildlife sanctuary in Namibia, where, reportedly, the children were able to help care for injured animals and to see a leopard be reintroduced to the wild. Jolie and Pitt then made a $2 million donation to the sanctuary in the name of their daughter, Shiloh, who was born in Namibia.

Red Carpet Mom Michelle Williams (daughter Matilda is 5) received a Golden Globe nomination for best actress in a drama for her role in the independent film "Blue Valentine." She is up against mom-to-be Natalie Portman, Red Carpet Mom Nicole Kidman, Red Carpet Mom Halle Berry and first-time nominee Jennifer Lawrence. As much attention as Williams is getting for her Globes nom, she is also getting a lot of attention for being overlooked for a SAG Awards nomination. The actresses nominated for a SAG (in a comparable category) are Kidman, Lawrence, Portman, Red Carpet Mom Annette Bening and Hilary Swank.
